Ingredients

Makes 3 patties

  • 34 Cups - Cooked Brown Rice
  • 1 Cup - TVP
  • 1 Cup - Vegetable Broth
  • 18 Cup - Potato Starch Powder
  • 1 Tbsp - Coconut Oil (Not melted)
  • 1 Tsp - Sunflower Oil
  • 1 Tsp - Salt
  • 1 Tbsp - Finely Grated Beats
  • 12 Tsp - Black Pepper
  • 12 Tsp - Garlic Powder
  • 12 Tsp - Onion Powder
  • 12 Tbsp - Liquid Smoke
  • 12 Tsp - HP Sauce
  • Pinch - Red Pepper Flakes

Directions

  1. Cook Brown Rice
  2. Boil vegetable broth and pour into bowl holding TVP. Let soak for a few minutes, until absorbed, fluff with fork
  3. Add all ingredients into a food processor, pulse until burger consistency achieved
  4. Form into patties and cook
  5. Optionally add vegan cheese, tomatoes and anything else on your burger.
