Udon Noodles

Stir Fry Udon Noodles

Ingredients

Stir Fry

  • 1 Tbsp - Vegetable Oil
  • 1 - Small Onion
  • 2 - Carrots
  • 1 Pack - Udon Noodles

Sauce

  • 14 Cup - Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tsp - Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp - Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tbsp - Brown Sugar
  • 2 Cloves - Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp - Minced Ginger

Garnish

  • Sesame Seeds
  • Fresh Cilantro or Parsley

Directions

  1. Peel and slice carrots into thin strands with a potatoe peeler
  2. Prepare sauce by combining all ingredients into a bowl
  3. In frying pan, cook carrots and onion until soft
  4. Add udon noodles to the pan and cook ~30 seconds
  5. Add sauce to the pan and cook for another ~30 seconds
  6. Place on plate and garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro
